Our Story

IN TUNE was born from a deep love for the performing arts and a desire to see people grow in confidence, creativity, and purpose. What began as a personal journey of discovering God-given gifts has grown into a place where students of all ages are encouraged to develop their talents in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Every program is designed to cultivate growth; not only as performers, but as individuals. We value intentional instruction, creativity, and community, and we are committed to meeting each student where they are while helping them reach where they’re called to be.

Our heart is to provide a space where passion is nurtured, potential is unlocked, and students feel seen, challenged, supported, and inspired. Whether stepping onto a stage for the first time or refining their craft, every student is welcome here.

Meet the Founder & CEO

Juliet Lyan Leuschner

Juliet is the founder of IN TUNE Performing Arts, a school and community theatre dedicated to developing artists who use their gifts with purpose. Raised in Puerto Rico in a musical family, she developed a deep love for music and performance from an early age.

Her journey in the performing arts began with choir and theatre throughout high school and continued in college, where she led a songwriting group and had the opportunity to choreograph multiple collegiate productions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Worship Ministries and has a strong passion for music theory, musical theatre, and vocal development.

Professionally, Juliet has served as a musical theatre teacher and vocal coach at a school of the arts, and later as a theatre and choir teacher at a secondary school, where she directed five productions, including Moana Jr. and The Prince of Egypt: The Musical.

She is passionate about discipling people through the craft of performing arts, helping artists grow in excellence, confidence, and purpose as they discover how their gifts can impact the world.
